國際法專題

International Law

時間：九十九學年第二學期，星期四第 7,8 節

課程設計與目標：

1 本課程主要目的在讓研究所同學進一步深入瞭解國際法議題的內容與影響。經由分析當前國際社會的主要事件與議題，認識國際關係的規範與秩序面，深刻掌握國際法對於國際事務與外交決策的影響。

2. 本課程採取「個案研究」方式上課，由於同學對國際法已有基本認識，經由探討目前重要國際事件與議題，分析該事件的國際法與規範層面的內容，深入掌握國際法是如何影響事件發展、國家決策、以及國際組織行為等。

3. 課程以講授、個案研究、事件分析、研讀、報告、討論方式進行。

課程要求與閱讀：

以分組方式，共四組，針對每項主題的案例研究之一，以不同角度提出報告、分析與辯論。

同學應該在上課前閱讀指定教材，課堂積極參與討論。

指定教材：課堂指定閱讀資料與案例。　

分數標準：

兩篇摘要與心得報告：40%。期末報告：40%。出席和參與：20%
